Take your pulse with a multi-sensory experience. Stop, take a deep breath, assess your readiness to engage, and if you aren’t feeling ready to start doing, select Recharge and do some proven mindfulness exercises to get yourself ready. Repeat as needed. Pulsing before we do anything is how we can move through the world more mindfully.
- Private recordings
To help you get what you do reflected in your thinking, we are prioritizing recording reflections in Engageable. Now, all groups start with a default privacy setting where student videos are not shared with their classmates.
