Navigating Reflectivity (Teams) Member Side

This is the landing page when you initially log into your Reflectivity account.

Each drop down menu will provide you with different key aspects of the layout.

• In the Dashboard tab, you will see the boards with the most popular and the most recent topics that your colleagues are working on. 
  
  
  Here you can also reflect on your own topics and participate in the reflections that your colleagues have shared with you in the Discussion tab.

• In the Videos tab, you can see all videos you have uploaded, either from the Capture app or directly to Reflectivity (Teams) from your computer and the Folders you have created.
  Here you can see your Private Videos, Shared Videos (that have been shared by you), and Shared with me videos. 
  

  For each item in the Videos tab, you can see a thumbnail of the video: 

  • the title
  • the date it was created
  • if you are a member of a Team, you will also see video tags directly on the thumbnail
  • for a shared video, you can also see an overview of how many views and comments it has
  • you can search the videos by type, mode, date, tag, or standard (if they are applied in your Team).
    

• You can also create a personal Folder for your videos.

  If you are a Team member, in the Group Folders tab you can watch all the Group Folders of which you are part of and create new Group Folders if you wish. Please see more in Creating and Managing Group Folders.
  

• Suggestions tab consists of the notifications which encourage you to reflect, provide feedback, or set your goal.  
  
  When you receive a new suggestion, you will see a red notification in the Suggestions tab. When you click on it, the notification will disappear. 
  
  When you complete a suggestion, it will move from "Pending" to "Completed".
