How Do I Merge Two Reflectivity (Teams) Accounts?

There is no way to combine separate Reflectivity accounts.

However, if you would like to move video content from one of your accounts to another one, you can use one of the following options:

- Send a copy feature (available for Reflectivity team users only) - This option sends a copy of your video to a different Reflectivity account (comments on the video project will not copy over).

- Download from account A and upload to account B - you can download your videos to your computer, log out and log in to the second account. Next, go to your Videos, click on the Add video option in the right upper corner, and choose Upload.
