🔎 Why the Resume Button Is Greyed Out and Not Clickable?


Usually, the Resume button appears greyed out and not clickable for the following reasons:

1. You did the M2 session on your M2 device, and you are trying to access it on the web MirrorTalk platform or in the mobile MirrorTalk app.
M2 sessions can only be resumed directly on the M2 device.

2. You did the M2 session while you had a paid subscription or trial that has since expired.
These sessions cannot be resumed unless you renew your subscription. In this case, you will also see a “Subscription expired” notification on the screen when you tap the Resume button on the M2 device.

Please note: While you cannot resume M2 sessions that were created during a paid subscription or trial, you can resume new M2 sessions created after your account switched to free. Since Ask M2, Tap for Magic, and Group Guide are not available to free users, you can still create and resume M2 sessions to record Observation videos and use other free features.
