This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to start an activity using Ask M2 – the intelligent co-teacher – and how to make a personal reflection in your Personal Space as a coach.

To assign and conduct a Group Reflection, the M2 will generate multiple AI assignments, with the option to customize them if needed. After assigning, you simply need to add participants and hit "Start." To learn more about customizing Group Workspace and adding participants, please check this article: How can I use Group Workspace?

Share My Personal Card to Group

You can also share your personal reflection with a group, but only with adult groups. All the information available to a person is also accessible to the coach. It is possible to unshare the reflection at any time. Only the coach can see the card, not other participants. Higher education professors can share their cards with higher education student groups, and higher education students can do the same. Reflections can be shared with individuals only via a weblink on the web.

M2 Group Mode and Its Functions

The M2 Group Mode allows you to use the M2 AI for your group. After turning it on, simply add directions via the "Ask M2" button so M2 understands what the group is working on. The feedback from this mode remains separate from the Teacher's mode, ensuring that educators receive proper feedback only within their designated view. When you switch back, you will see a short summary of what happened during Group Mode in the M2 flow.

There are two ways to turn on Group Mode:

  1. Using the Remote – Simply click the right button on the M2 remote. You will see a notification confirming that the mode is on.

  2. Using the M2 Interface – Click the icon in the top left corner of M2 to activate the mode.

M2 Session Transcript
