How Do I Delete My Reflectivity (Capture) Account?

❗ Please note that if you choose to delete your account, this cannot be undone. So please make sure to download any videos you wish to keep before deleting your account as we will not be able to recover any content once your account is deleted. However you can start from scratch anytime and register a new account.

 

Please choose the most suitable way for you to delete your Reflectivity account: 

1. The fastest and easiest way to delete your Reflectivity and Capture account, is to log into your account in your iOS mobile Swivl Capture app.

 

Once you select the option to delete your account, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account to confirm your requests and finalize the account termination.

To access the “Delete account” option in your Swivl Capture iOS app click on the three dots in the top right corner of the Profile tab and choose the “Delete account” button.

Unfortunately, the above option is only available for iOS Swivl Capture app users, not for Android or web users. 
Alternatively, you can contact support@swivl.com and request to delete your account. 
We can only process your request if you send it from the email associated with your account, and we will gladly help you.  

 

It is important to mention also that if you do not use your Reflectivity account and do not log into it for 1+ year, it will be automatically terminated. See more details in What Happens to My Reflectivity (Teams) Account if I Don't Log in to It for More than a Year.

 

If you have a team license, we will not be able to delete your account, you need to contact your Reflectivity team owner and request that they remove your from team in the first place. 

 

Please note that once your Reflectivity team expires, all it's content and members' accounts get terminated unless otherwise requested in advance.
