What Happens After my M2 Trial or Paid Subscription Expires and I Get Downgraded to Free?

What is M2 Trial?

MIrroTalk offers a free 60-day Trial for any new Educator user.

 

Do I lose my content after my Trial or paid subscription expires?

No, you keep all your content after your Trial or paid subscription expires.

 If you log into your account and see the following notification that your Trial or paid subscription has expired:

This means that you no longer have access to any paid features, including AI-assisted sessions, Live tips, In-ear translations for students, and cannot set up new Groups and assignments. 

 

How do I upgrade to get access to AI and other paid features? 

If you already work with your Swivl Account Manager, you can reach out to them directly so that they can help you determine the best setup - an individual license or a MirrorTalk team for your school, depending on your needs. Or fill in the contact form at https://www.swivl.com/talk-to-us/.
