🔎 How to Send Logs to Support on M2 and Report Unusual Behavior?

If you notice any unexpected or unwanted behavior while using your M2, please send us your device logs from your M2 device along with an email to support@mirrortalk.ai with a brief description of the issue and your M2 serial number. Our support team will investigate it for you.

  1. On the top-right corner of the M2 screen, tap the Gear icon and select About.

  2. Tap Send Logs to Support.

3. After sending the logs, email us at support@mirrortalk.ai.
In your message, please include:

  • A short description of the behavior you observed

  • Your M2 serial number 

Our team will receive your email and, based on it, will check the logs and get back to you as soon as possible.
