If you notice any unexpected or unwanted behavior while using your M2, please send us your device logs from your M2 device along with an email to support@mirrortalk.ai with a brief description of the issue and your M2 serial number. Our support team will investigate it for you.

On the top-right corner of the M2 screen, tap the Gear icon and select About. 
- Tap Send Logs to Support.
3. After sending the logs, email us at support@mirrortalk.ai.
In your message, please include:
- A short description of the behavior you observed 
- Your M2 serial number 
Our team will receive your email and, based on it, will check the logs and get back to you as soon as possible.
