Managing Personal Folders

Creating

You can organize your Reflectivity (Teams) videos by creating Personal Folders for all of your videos. Create a folder in any of the following ways:

Option 1 

1. Go to the Folders Tab, select the "Add Folder" icon in the upper right corner.

2. Type the folder name and then click on the blue plus next to it.

Option 2

You can also create new folders when you select "Move to Personal Folder" on the thumbnail of your videos.

1. Start by selecting the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the video's thumbnail.

2. Then click on the "Move to Personal Folder" button.

3. In the popup, you can move the video to an existing folder or create a new one.

Option 3 

1. Another way to create new folders is to go to the Videos tab and select three dots next to the video that you wish to move to a new personal folder. 

2. Select "Add personal folder", enter its name, and press "Create".

Bulk Import of Videos

1. Select the checkboxes in the top right-hand corner of each video thumbnail you wish to move to the folder in bulk.

2. Then select "Move To Folder" at the bottom.

Editing a name

Option 1 

Once you have created a personal folder, you can rename it following the steps:

1. Select three dots next to the folder you wish to rename in the "Folders" tab - Personal Folders.

2. Click on the "Edit" icon.

3. Type a new name for your folder, and then click "Save".

Option 2

1. Select a Folder you wish to rename in the "Folders" tab - Personal Folders.

2. Click on three dots.

3. Click on the "Edit name" icon.

4. Type a new name for your folder, and then click "Save".

Removing

There are two options for how to delete a folder - you can either remove it (the videos will go to the Library) or permanently delete it (the videos will be deleted as well).

1. Log in to your Reflectivity (Teams) account at cloud.swivl.com. Open the Folders tab - Personal Folders

2. Choose the folder you wish to remove and click on the three dots in the bottom right corner of the folder.

3. Choose "Remove" from the dropdown menu. The folder will be removed and the videos will automatically go to the Videos tab.

Deleting

1. Log in to your Relfectivity account at cloud.swivl.com. Open the "Folders" tab - Personal Folders.

2. Choose the folder you wish to delete and click on the three dots in the bottom right corner of the folder. 

3. Choose "Delete" from the dropdown menu. The folder will be deleted together with the videos it contains. Please be informed that the "Delete" option will only be visible for folders that have at least one video.
