How to check if you need to contact your IT for help?
- on a computer/laptop:

What needs to be whitelisted?
To ensure the Reflectivity solution works 100% in your network, you or your IT/security department needs to whitelist the domains and ports (80 and 443) in the following list:

Emails to whitelist
Swivl uses emails to verify and communicate account-related information to the user. Thus, it's important to make sure you can receive emails from
In some cases it's sufficient to add these sendeer to your trusted senders list.
For example, in order to complete the signup process for Reflectivity or to reset your Reflectivity password, you need to verify your email account. This is done by clicking the link in an email you should receive shortly after signing up.
If you find you are not receiving the email to activate your account or change your password, first check your Spam or Junk folder in your email client for the message and immediately add the sender to your trusted senders list.
If the email is not in one of those folders, your school or district email server may be filtering out Reflectivity emails. In order to receive them to activate your account and to receive Reflectivity notifications in the future, you will need to provide the following email addresses to your IT/Network Department to be whitelisted:
