Why Won't My M2 Turn On?

If your M2 has been charging for a long time and it doesn't turn on, please proceed with these steps:

• Disconnect M2 from the charger.
• Press and hold the Power button on top of M2 for 30 seconds. Then, try turning it on again. 
• If it still won't turn on, connect M2 to the charger and observe the charging icon. If it is fully charged (full battery on display), disconnect the charger from the power plug and give M2 some time to discharge a little, then try turning it back on again. 

If your M2 is not charged/was not charging and it doesn't turn on:

• Connect M2 to the charger and give it some time to charge. Then, try turning it on again.
