How Do I Delete my MirrorTalk Account?

❗ Please note that if you choose to delete your account, this cannot be undone. Account termination results in the deletion of all associated content. Any data stored within the account will be irreversibly removed, and we will be unable to retrieve any of it following the termination of your account. However, you can start from scratch anytime and register for a new account.

The fastest and easiest way to delete your MirrorTalk account, is to log into your account in your iOS/Android mobile app. Follow the steps below:

-once you are logged into your account, click on your initials at the top left corner 

-on the opened screen tap on your name or the right side arrow next to it at the top of the screen

-now tap 'Delete an account' button at the bottom

-tap on the checkbox next to 'I agree' and confirm by clicking 'Delete forever' button

Alternatively, you can contact [e-mail] and request to delete your account. 

We can only process your request if you send it from the email associated with your account, and we will gladly help you.
