You can access your account information to change your user information, email, or password. To do this:
1. Log in to cloud.swivl.com
2. In the lower-left corner, click on your name and select 'Profile'
3. In your 'Profile', change your name, email address, or password:
4. Go to the email box of the new email address and click on the link to confirm the change of the email:
Important!
When following the "Change Email" link sent to the new email address, it is important that you are logged into the Reflectivity platform. The link will not trigger the email change unless the user is logged in.
Once the process is completed, a pop-up notification will confirm that the email address has been updated successfully. At that point, the user can log out and try signing in with the new email address via Google Sign-In.
5. In your Swivl Capture app open the Profile tab to check the email you used to log in:
