What Should I Do if There Is a Typo in My Email Address Connected to the Reflectivity (Teams) Account?

If you mistakenly made a typo while signing up in Swivl Capture app (for example, instead of school@gmail.com you signed up as shool@gmail.com,  then please do the following:

1. Log in to your account at https://cloud.swivl.com/login with the incorrect email using the password you created.

2. In your Profile settings, change the email to the correct address:

3. Make sure to use the correct email to log in to your account in Swivl Capture app on your mobile device.  (click on sign out and use the correct email to sign in)
