I Don’t Remember My Password and Have No Access to the Email

In case you are a Reflectivity free user, you do not remember the password and do not have the access to the email, unfortunately, there is no way to get access to the account for security reasons. To avoid losing access to your videos, please make sure to change the email before it becomes invalid. 

Tip

It is much easier to get access to your videos if you are a Reflectivity team member - just ask your team admin to assist you with accessing your videos.
