How do I access my Reflectivity (Teams) account if my email is deactivated?


If you no longer have access to the email associated with your Reflectivity account (e.g your email has been deactivated), please, kindly remember that your Reflectivity account is still active and you can log in with your credentials. 

If you signed up with Google, and now want to change your email address, please do the following:

1.  Log into your Reflectivity account

2. Change your email address to a new one
