Why is a Sharing Option Not Available to Me?

If you are a Reflectivity team member, you need to contact your Reflectivity team owner as Sharing options are customized for each Team individually by its Team Admins. As an example, in the GIF below you can see that Weblink sharing is turned off for the Team:
