If a free user account on the Reflectivity platform has been inactive for over one year, as per our Terms the account will be terminated, and all of the account content will be deleted.

One month before the expected termination due to inactivity the user receives an email informing about the flow and suggesting to sign in at least one time after the receipt of the email to avoid termination.

If the user takes no action, the account will be terminated and the content will be deleted; please note that this action cannot be undone.
