📖 Personal Reflection after M2 Session

                                                                             Available for M2 users

After you finish your M2 session, you can reflect on it in the following way:

1. Open your M2 session Activity card on which you want to reflect => select the Feedback tab and click on the "Reflect" button. 

2. From there, you will be prompted to reflect using AI-generated prompts based on your M2 session.

3. Once you answer the prompts and receive feedback, you can finish the reflection by clicking Done. 

4. You can then see your reflection when opening the Activity card of the M2 session where the reflection was done. You will also see the reflection video in the Video tab.
