Swivl Link - Pairing and Troubleshooting

*see all possible setup options for your live streaming here

For your convenience, we created a printable Step by Step Audio Setup Guide to help you with the right setup and steps - print the pages you need!

The Swivl Link eliminates the need for the USB A cable when connecting the Swivl Robot to a computer using the Integrated Audio Setup.

You must use the Swivl Robot and app to select the Wireless Connection mode. Once selected, the Swivl Link will continue to operate in this mode until it is connected to a Swivl Robot again.

There is a red button on the top of the Swivl Link. Please note that this button does not pair the Link with your Swivl. Its only function is for the rare need to update Link firmware via a PC computer. If you press this button for longer than 4 seconds, it may break the pairing connection with your Swivl and it will need to be repaired.

  • This setup requires the following:

If the Wireless connection does not appear at the top of the pop-up, select Change configuration until it does (do not use Marker Mode: Microphone Only). You should only have to select it once.

    4. You can now connect the Swivl Link to your computer for the Integrated Audio setup. If your computer only has a USB-C port, then you will need a USB-C adapter.
