This article applies to anyone who is part of a Team whose Team Administrator has already setup Rubrics for commenting. If you are a Team Administrator, learn how to setup Rubrics here.
*Rubrics require Pro. Standard Team Members cannot use Rubrics when commenting on their own videos, but they will be able to see and use them on videos shared to them by Pro Team Members in their Feed or Sharing Groups. Pro Team Members always have access to Rubrics.
1. Open any video project and click into the Comment box.
2. Select the small icon at the bottom that says "Standards" and apply one or many Standards.
You can also select a different rubric by pressing the arrow at the top
3) Write your comment
4) Choose whether you want your comment to be for everyone or just yourself
Private comments will have a lock symbol next to them
On each video, you can download the statistics which includes every comment and every standard applied.
Reminder: When you want to receive feedback on your videos from other Swivl Team Members using Rubrics, you must either Direct Share or Group Share your video. Weblink sharing will not allow for commenting with rubrics and should never be used when commenting is requested.
