As a Team Administrator, you can create create a set of categories that can be added to the time-stamped comments on a video, so that users can easily filter their comments and videos.
These categories could be used to add context or structure to your Team members’ conversations using our time-stamped commenting feature. This feature is often used to add rubric items for feedback from an instructional coaching framework (like Charlotte Danielson, Robert Marzano, Diane Sweeney, or others!)
To create a set of categories for your Team, follow these steps in your Admin portal:
- Select the videos tab
- Scroll down to the Comment Category heading
- Add your categories one-by-one into the field and click Add
If you would like to require your users to apply categories any time they leave comments, simply select the checkbox at the bottom of the menu when you're finished entering the categories.
