How to Share a Personal Observation Video from Mirror to Reflectivity

This information is applicable to both Mirror device recorded personal observation videos and the videos recorded on the MirrorTalk web platform at mirrortalk.ai

1. To share the personal observation video from Mirror or mirrortalk.ai to Reflectivity, hover over the Personal section and select it from the menu. Then, click Start and tap Record to begin your session.

For best results, use the remote docked at the back of the Mirror device. It serves as a microphone for clear audio and helps Mirror keep you in frame as you move around. To start or stop the recording, press the circle button with the white dot on the remote.
