Why Won't My Mirror Turn On?

If your Mirror has been charging for a long time and it doesn't turn on, please proceed with these steps:

• Disconnect Mirror from the charger.
• Press and hold the Power button on top of Mirror for 30 seconds. Then, try turning it on again. 
• If it still won't turn on, connect Mirror to the charger and observe the charging icon. If it is fully charged (full battery on display), disconnect the charger from the power plug and give Mirror some time to discharge a little, then try turning it back on again. 

If your Mirror is not charged/was not charging and it doesn't turn on:

• Connect Mirror to the charger and give it some time to charge. Then, try turning it on again.
